This bowl becomes unique because of its shape and wood type.  Apple wood can be very hard to come by.  Typically it is also notorious for dramatic twisting upon drying.  When Mike turned the piece of wood, this shape emerged, making it really stand out. The drying process resulted in a beautiful smooth bowl.  This could be on display for artistic appreciation or used in a practical manner to hold a small dish of dip with the crackers on the wings.  It has a non-toxic beeswax based finish that shows the wood's natural character.
The bowl diameter is about 5".  Total length is 13".
